The Rewards:

As the successful Accounts Payable Specialist, you will receive the following:

• £32,000 base salary + extensive benefits;

The Role:

As the successful Accounts Payable Specialist, you will report to the Accounts Payable Team Lead and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Responsible for accurately processing and allocating invoices to relevant accounts
• Analysing invoices and selecting those to be due dated for Accounts Payable to ensure paid within credit terms.
• Analysing and solving supplier account queries .
• Take investigative action to verify and agree supplier balances.
• Interpret current VAT rules for foreign currency invoices.
• Any other duties outlined in the Job Description

The Person:

The successful Accounts Payable Specialist will have the following:

• Two years experience working in accounts payable
• Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong IT skills.
