Marketing and Proposal Executive

The successful individual will focus on the implementation of the BD strategy across the energy subsectors, including emerging energy transition technologies such as green fuels, carbon capture & storage and the battery mineral value chain. The role will involve supporting the development and growth of the practice by working collaboratively across borders on sector-driven BD activities (focusing on pitches), campaigns and initiatives. Key responsibilities

• Lead proposals, pitches, and credentials for energy and energy transition work; track outcomes and feedback.
• Manage marketing systems, collateral, credentials, and web content; suggest process improvements.
• Prepare directory and award submissions to enhance market presence

• Conduct market/client research and maintain intelligence flow.
• Support client events and hospitality opportunities.
• Assist with firm-wide and practice-specific projects

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience leading pitches in professional services or sector-related organisations
• Strategic insight and ability to align BD activities with business goals
• Knowledge of energy markets and transition trends.
• Significant BD/marketing experience at senior level
• Significant experience leading the RfP process from start to finish.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure; proactive and creative approach.
• Experience delivering BD strategies aligned with strategic goals.
