Maintenance Manager

MCS Group is partnering with a leading global manufacturing organisation based in Belfast to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for driving best-practice maintenance and reliability across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies
• Embed maintenance best practices into daily operations
• Standardise work through methods and work instructions
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Maintenance Engineers
• Deliver engineering improvement projects and support root cause analysis of reactive issues
• Promote RCM studies and FMEAs

The Successful Candidate:

• Third level Engineering qualification
• Proven experience managing maintenance or facilities teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to plan strategically, manage projects and budgets, and lead high-performing teams
• Proficient in MS Office
