Communications Manager (Charity)

MCS Group are proud to be partnering with a Communications Manager with a well-respected charity.

The role:

• Develop and deliver a comms strategy in line with organisational plans and goals.
• Lead project management for a new website.
• Develop and deliver fundraising products and campaigns alongside the Fundraising Manager.
• Create compelling content to be shared online and in media.
• Increase social media footprint.
• Ensure accurate and timely production of management information reports.

The Person

As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:

Essential:

Applicants must, by the closing date for applications have:

• Either a third level educational qualification and experience developing and delivering successful communication strategies.
• OR Extensive experience working in a similar role.
• Significant experience using social media, graphic design tools, web content management and SEO knowledge.
• Strong track record in creation of compelling and persuasive content.
• Current full driving license.

Desirable:

• Experience working within charity sector.
• Ability to design, create and edit short films for social media.

This position will be subject to an Enhanced Access NI check.
