Digital Project Manager

MCS Group is working with a leading global professional services organisation seeking a Digital Project Manager to support the delivery of its digital marketing strategy. Working within a high-performing marketing and technology function, you'll help enhance digital channels, drive platform improvements, and support campaigns that strengthen client engagement.

You'll play a key part in managing digital projects, optimising martech platforms, coordinating content activity, and ensuring digital channels are aligned with brand and business needs. This includes supporting major platform migrations, improving digital workflows, and helping deliver high-quality global campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital projects and platform migrations, ensuring smooth delivery and effective martech integration
• Oversee content migration activities, maintaining brand consistency, accuracy and SEO best practice
• Support global digital campaigns, coordinate with marketing and creative teams, and report on website and campaign performance
• Conduct and support testing across platforms (functional, regression, UAT) to ensure a high-quality user experience
• Produce user guides, manage relationships with key vendors, and assist with data privacy, AI and security reviews across digital tools

The Ideal Person

• Strong experience in digital project management or website administration within a corporate or professional environment
• Strong understanding of CMS platforms, content workflows and hands-on testing (functional, regression, UAT)
• Experience supporting digital or platform migrations and working with martech tools
• Familiarity with data privacy requirements, DPIA processes and digital security considerations
• Comfortable using analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to translate insights into recommendations

Salary - £40,000-45,000
