The Rewards:

As the successful Financial Accountant, you will receive the following:

• £51,300 base salary + extensive benefits;
• Bonus (8%);
• Hybrid (3 days office)/flexible working options - early finish Friday;

The Role:

As the successful Financial Accountant, you will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform period-end activities;
• Prepare management reporting;
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes;
• Partner with operational teams to enhance decision-making;
• Contribute to process improvement, optimisation, and special projects;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Financial Accountant will have the following characteristics:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Equivalent;
• Open to industry or practice background;
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong IT skills.
