Global Accounts Payable Specialist

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a fast-scaling, product-led technology company as they seek a Global Accounts Payable Specialist for their site in Mullusk. This role is full time, permanent.

Your New Role:

Reporting to the Accounting Manager Job Duties Include:

• Invoice Processing & Payment Processing - Review and enter invoices into the accounting system and adhere to approval process.
• Vendor Relations - Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and issue resolution.
• Reconciliation and Reporting - Generate AP reports for management, including aging reports.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes related to AP.
• Office Management - Coordinating logistics for office-based events for customers and colleagues, ordering office consumables and any other items required for smooth running of the office

What You Need to Succeed?

• Previous accounts payable experience
• Effective communication and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Strong IT Skills
