HSE Officer (12 month contract)

In this role, you will be a key operational support to the HSE function, ensuring compliance, coordination, and proactive safety management across the organisation. Your day-to-day remit will include:

• Managing day-to-day Health & Safety queries and requests from operational teams
• Overseeing the raising, follow-up, and close-out of Operational Restrictions, Incident Reports, Safety Bulletins, Good Catches, and statutory inspections
• Coordinating and maintaining site inductions for all personnel
• Managing, updating, and controlling site HSE documentation, procedures, and risk assessments
• Maintaining the HSE training matrix and organising required training for staff
• Reviewing and approving contractor RAMS, with involvement in project activity as required

Criteria;

• Full, clean driving licence with access to a vehicle
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Health & Safety role
• Strong IT capability, particularly across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Solid knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements across both ROI and NI
