As the Learning and Development Trainer, you will:

• Design, develop, and deliver training solutions that support business goals and employee development.
• Facilitate interactive learning sessions - both in-person and virtual - across multiple departments.
• Support onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.
• Conduct training needs analyses and collaborate with managers to identify capability gaps.
• Maintain accurate training records and support compliance-related learning initiatives.

You will have:

• Proven experience in training design and delivery, ideally within a manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to adapt training styles for different audiences and learning needs.
• In-depth understanding of GMP
