Technical Product Owner - NEW FDI

The Role

As Product Owner/Manager, you'll play a key role in defining and executing product initiatives that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
You'll bridge business operations, engineering, and product management - turning strategic goals into actionable initiatives that balance partner needs, technical feasibility, and user impact.

You'll also:

• Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow automation
• Deliver product solutions across enterprise, SaaS, and custom development environments
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to translate business priorities into measurable outcomes

About You

You're a problem-solver who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You're comfortable navigating both structured and evolving environments, balancing product discipline with practical flexibility.

You'll bring:

• 3+ years' experience in Product Management or a related role
• Experience in insurance, insurtech, or fintech sectors
• Strong understanding of business processes, customer needs, and digital product development
• Ability to define and negotiate MVPs and prioritise for impact
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, CRM systems, or automation tools

Desirable:

• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
• Background in employee benefits, group insurance, or policy systems
• Exposure to enterprise integrations or partner ecosystems
• Experience in Solutions Architecture and leadership, providing valuable perspective in complex enterprise client landscapes
