Job Description
MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Program Manager for our client, a leading global industrial technology company based in County Antrim.

You will:
- Lead multiple cross-functional projects through full lifecycles, delivering within defined scope, quality, time, and budget.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Provide clear, timely communication and reporting to stakeholders.
- Analyse program risks, identify improvement areas, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead new business case development and roadmap planning for emerging technologies.
- Manage customer-facing projects and represent the organisation in technical and strategic discussions.
You'll have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experienced in Project and/or Program Management.
- Proven ability to lead multi-functional global teams.
