Job Description
MCS Group is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading Food Manufacturing company, to recruit a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to lead their site in Strabane area.
You will play a key role in supporting the leadership team to drive a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and promoting continuous improvement in health, safety and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with operational leaders to deliver the site safety strategy.
- Providing expert guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters.
- Leading risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Developing and delivering training programmes to enhance safety awareness.
- Driving cultural change to embed safe working practices across all levels of the business.
The Person
You will be an experienced Health & Safety professional, with a proven track record in a manufacturing or production environment. You will be confident in influencing and engaging teams at all levels, with the ability to balance hands-on operational involvement with strategic input.
Essential criteria:
- NEBOSH certificate, or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
- Hands on HSE experience.
