HR Officer - Manufacturing

We're looking for a proactive, experienced HR Officer to support our client, one of NI's Top 5 Employers and Most Profitable businesses. The Role

As HR Officer, you'll partner with managers to deliver comprehensive HR support across the full employee journey - from talent attraction and onboarding to performance development and retention. The post offers a blend of operational HR duties and involvement in broader strategic projects aimed at strengthening organisational culture and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily HR guidance, coaching, and assistance to both staff and management

• Lead recruitment drives, onboarding programs, and employee inductions

• Contribute to performance management, engagement initiatives, and organisational development activities

• Manage employee relations, attendance, and wellbeing programs

• Ensure HR systems, files, and policies remain accurate, up to date, and compliant

• Administer and monitor learning and development programs across the business

• Support HR metrics, data reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate

• Experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced or manufacturing environment

• Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices

• CIPD qualified or actively pursuing qualification

• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a wider HR team
