HR Officer - Manufacturing
We're looking for a proactive, experienced HR Officer to support our client, one of NI's Top 5 Employers and Most Profitable businesses. The Role
As HR Officer, you'll partner with managers to deliver comprehensive HR support across the full employee journey - from talent attraction and onboarding to performance development and retention. The post offers a blend of operational HR duties and involvement in broader strategic projects aimed at strengthening organisational culture and success.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver daily HR guidance, coaching, and assistance to both staff and management
Lead recruitment drives, onboarding programs, and employee inductions
Contribute to performance management, engagement initiatives, and organisational development activities
Manage employee relations, attendance, and wellbeing programs
Ensure HR systems, files, and policies remain accurate, up to date, and compliant
Administer and monitor learning and development programs across the business
Support HR metrics, data reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate
Experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced or manufacturing environment
Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices
CIPD qualified or actively pursuing qualification
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a wider HR team
