In this expanding team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions using C#, .NET and modern web technologies. If you enjoy taking full ownership of end-to-end solutions, guiding others technically, and working closely with clients to build secure, scalable systems , this is a role where you can genuinely make an impact.

The Role

As a Mid-Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Lead the technical delivery of web-based applications, ensuring architectural integrity and quality throughout.

• Collaborate with a small, experienced team to progress projects at varied stages of the lifecycle.

• Translate client requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical plans.

• Build new features and enhance existing systems using technologies such as C#, .NET, SQL Server, React, Umbraco, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

• Produce clean, maintainable, well-documented code aligned with best practices.

• Engage directly with customers (remotely and occasional onsite) to discuss solutions, provide updates, and ensure successful delivery.

Essential Experience

To succeed, you'll need:

• A degree in Computer Science or similar.

• Professional experience in C#/.NET with strong exposure to web applications, APIs, and SQL.

• Proven experience building enterprise-focused web solutions.

• Solid understanding of design patterns and clean architecture principles.

• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD workflows.

• Strong debugging, code review, and problem-solving abilities.

• The ability to explain technical concepts confidently to clients and colleagues.

Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Microsoft 365 integration

• SharePoint or Teams app development

• React or Blazor development

• Ability to oversee full solution architecture and mentor others

• Confidence working in customer-facing settings
