Warehouse Manager

As Warehouse Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the warehouse operation, ensuring efficient material flow to support manufacturing and customer delivery requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing the warehouse team to drive performance, engagement, and safety
• Overseeing goods inwards, storage, picking, and dispatch operations
• Ensuring stock accuracy through robust inventory control processes
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance
• Working closely with production, planning, and supply chain teams to meet business demands
• Contributing to operational KPIs and reporting on warehouse performance

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a Warehouse or Stores Management role within an Engineering setting.
• Strong people management and leadership capability.
• Experience with inventory management systems / ERP and is tech savy.
• A continuous improvement mindset with experience driving operational change
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to lead from the front
