Marketing Executive

Core Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy in alignment with wider sales objectives.
• Develop and deliver engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email platforms.
• Create high-quality content including website copy, blogs, case studies, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Design marketing collateral such as graphics, brochures, presentations, and digital advertisements.
• Manage and grow social media presence, particularly across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, webinars, and exhibitions, including logistics and promotional activity.
• Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
• Produce video content from concept through to editing and publishing.
• Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and optimise marketing activity based on insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex IT services into clear, compelling marketing messages.
• Manage marketing schedules and ensure timely delivery of all campaigns and initiatives.

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or technology-focused environment.
• Demonstrable experience developing and delivering marketing strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with digital marketing tools including CMS platforms, email marketing systems, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in design and content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and self-driven approach.
• A proven portfolio showcasing previous marketing campaigns, content, and design work.
