Product Owner
Dublin City Centre
Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
Day Rate Contract - 6 Months
MCS Group are currently looking for a Product Owner to support the delivery of a large-scale enterprise platform within a global organisation undergoing significant digital evolution.
This is a hands-on role within an Agile environment, focused on backlog ownership, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring high-value delivery across a cross-functional Scrum team.
The Role
- Own and prioritise the product backlog
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with stakeholders to define scope and business value
- Partner with UX and Engineering teams on solution design
- Support sprint planning, refinement, UAT and release cycles
- Ensure delivered features align with strategic objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments
- Strong backlog management and requirements elicitation skills
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable:
- CRM or enterprise systems experience
- Exposure to AI-enabled or search-driven platforms
