Production Manager

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Production Manager for our client, a leading manufacturer based in Craigavon.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage plant operations, overseeing production, scheduling, maintenance, and inventory control
• Drive safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives across the plant
• Develop and mentor a strong team of supervisors, technicians, and frontline employees
• Analyse production metrics and drive performance improvements through lean principles and best practices
• Collaborate with other departments to meet organisational goals

You will have:

• Experienced in operations and/or production management in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-output production facility
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
