SHEQ Manager

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a SHEQ Manager for our client.
This is a high-impact, senior role offering the opportunity to shape and embed Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards across both manufacturing and site-based operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead SHEQ across manufacturing and installation sites
* Develop and embed policies, systems, and a strong safety culture
* Drive quality improvements, reducing defects and non-conformances
* Conduct audits, investigations, and implement corrective actions
* Ensure compliance with UK H&S legislation and ISO standards
* Support RAMS and safe systems of work across all activities

About You
* Proven SHEQ experience within a manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of risk assessments, audits, and compliance processes
* Experience investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
* Hands-on approach with the ability to influence at all levels

Qualifications
* NEBOSH General Certificate
* IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)
* Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
* Full UK driving licence
