Warehouse & Returns Technician

MCS Group is recruiting a Warehouse & Returns Technician for our client based in Newtownabbey.

Join a fast-paced team delivering high-quality technology to customers worldwide. This hands-on role combines warehouse operations with technical evaluation of returned devices, giving you a unique mix of logistics and troubleshooting work.

You'll be responsible for receiving and shipping products, configuring devices, and testing returned units to determine next steps. Working closely with engineering, supply chain, and customer support teams, you'll help ensure product quality, accurate order fulfilment, and continuous improvement.

The role:

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship products accurately
• Configure and prepare devices for deployment
• Process returned units, including testing and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organised warehouse operations
• Document findings and support cross-functional teams

The successful candidate:

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory roles
• Comfortable working with electronic devices and basic diagnostics
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow processes and work in a team environment
